What is the slope intercept equation that has a slope of 0 and y-intercept of (0,3). I came up with y=3. Where did I go wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think what your answer needs to be is in y = mx + b form. it needs to be an equation. so, y = 0x + 3 (your "B" term)

Thank you. Yes it be in that format. My brain is fried.

you're welcome. you can always wait for someone else to answer also, just to make sure it's the right answer.

I think both of you guys are right....since in the format of y= 0x + 3 then y= 3....so what you guys come up with is totally right

pkrks is right.
