Project Name=>PhotoBox
Let user upload their photo and ppl will comment and highest photo views and likes on a particular day will be rated as photo of the day.
Features:
slideshow of all user photo.
Users can rate.
download the photo 
etc...
This is not great project but you will have learning curve . . .

i've an idea
plz let me know whether its feasible o not
we'll have a robot having some sensors......
 it wil have a GPS system enabled in it
when we upload a photo it wil search the required picture in the real time and wil give the 
navigation from our current point to that location within a given radius
