The vocabulary list for GRE requirements is really l...o....n...g......, including thousands of uncommen words . Many are seems no law to remember them, especially for a international student. Is there anyone having good suggestions to help remember these words ?

many words have a common roots; learn the roots and you should be able to figure out what the word means. 
in a search engine look for word roots
