I was just trying to do this problem and I got 0<rho<3 (because p^2=z^2+x^2+y^2) and 0<theta<2pi (because x and y are both negative and positive values) and 0< phi <pi/2 (because 0=rho*cos(phi) for the lower bound of z?) but I am not too sure
