Well we know for sure the British and the Americans. So even without thinking of Canadians, French etc. it is obviously E.

America forces primarily fought on Omaha and Utah Beach, the British Primarily fought on Gold and Sword beaches, and the Canadians fought on Juno Beach. Both British and American paratroopers landed behind enemy lines throughout Normandy. And Free French forces under the command of Charles DeGaule also participated in the invasion. Therefore: the answer is e.
