How do you know what numbers to use in order pairs when it comes to linear of function graphs. Is there a easier way to figure what numbers to use to get graph easier?

the x value is any thing you wanna use that is legal in the equation; and whatever value that makes the equation, is your y y = 5x +2 ; choose ay value for x, to determine a value for y

only need two points , and intercepts are easiest

either way you cant try to force fit a point into the eqution; choose one value and find the other
