Check this link: http://www.osalt.com/dreamweaver There you can, possibly, find an open source replacement.

There are a variety of options, as pointed out above, but few of them reach the level of Dreamweaver in terms of features. That said, I highly advise you learn how to devise a site without Dreamweaver's help; it's more effective in the long run.

I use: Netbeans: http://www.netbeans.org/ (PHP/Js/HTML...etc.) Eclipse: http://www.eclipse.org/ (Android/Java)

try Eclipse or Netbeans. Eclipse is for Java, Jsp, Php, Html..etc.
