the slope is very small; so it aint gonna be a hwole number, it has to be a fraction

and the point from the origin there is a slope of 3/15 = 1/5

You can use eqn of the line : y = mx+c y=0 and x = 0 implies c=0 x = 15 and y= 3 therefore 3 =15m m = 1/5 y = 1/5 x
