y=-7/4*-4-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your question is not clear

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Use parentheses

OpenStudy (anonymous):

as it stands, your answer would reduce to (-7/4)*-5 = 35/4....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have a feeling that's not how it's supposed to be set up

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

o.O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

saifoo, if you have something to say to me or about me, then say it...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it states, given the linear equation y=-7/4x-1, find the y coordinates of the points (-4)(0) and (4). then i have to graph the points. so the first problem I already replaces x with -4.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's much more like it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You should have posted that the first time

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, you still need to use parentheses bro...is it (-7/4x)-1 or -7/(4x-1) you have to be clear when posting these or else you get it wrong.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the question doesnt have any, so i dont know where the parenthesis would go, and I am not a bro, i am a mother of 5! lol hence the name...lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay... http://www.twiddla.com/solved

OpenStudy (anonymous):
