which of the following points lie in the solution set to the following system of inequalities? y>-3x+3 y>x+2 a. (2, -5) b. (-2, 5) c. (2, 5) d. (-2, -5)

OpenStudy (keenan):

i got c but it might be b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

once again you have to check them all. procedure is replace x by the first number, y by the second, and see both inequalities are correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for example for the first one x = 2 and y = -5 you write \[-5> -3\times 2+3\] and see if true or false. then write \[-5 > 2+2\] and check if true or false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i really don't know these man, will you do this and another i just posted please !!!!

OpenStudy (keenan):

ok
