find the slope intercept equation of the line that has given characteristic slope 1.3 and y intercept (0,-3) the slope intercept equation y=

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. The y-intercept is the point on the y-axis which is when x=0, therefore they gave you both m and b y=1.3x-3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how would i get to the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):
