Solve the following DE: \[(1-3/y+x)dy/dx+y=3/x-1\] I got \[\Psi=xy-3\ln(x)+x+y+3\ln(y)=c\] using the Exact equation method. Is that correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got some different signs in my answer. I got xy-3in(x)-x+y-3ln(y)=c im going over my work right now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, that in(x) should be an ln(x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It probably should be a positive since it's coming from the "+x", but check just in case. Thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i made a mistake, i now got xy - 3ln(x) + x + y - 3ln(y) = c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep, that's right joe

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, you're right. I stuck a +in there. So close!
