yes, i am reading it right now. it is just my first question, so i wanted to try one that is easy to ask and hard to answer. :) by the way, i hardly can understand the proofs!

pi is also transcedental, meaning it cannot be the solution of any equation with rational coefficients.

just put all of the numbers after the dot, and people know it is irrational.
