I am in very desperate need to solve this problem in its entirely. Can anyone take the time to fully help me please. I am really struggling and it has to be turned in today. How do you minimize this problem? Minimize C = -2x - 3y Subject to 3x + 4y <= 24 7x - 4y <= 16 x >= 0, y >= 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is the original problem?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

graph the area as defined by the subject tos; and see where your line fits into it at its lowest point

OpenStudy (amistre64):

unless i misinterpret the quesion; the lowest C can be in that given area is 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The problem says, use the technique developed in this section to solve the minimization problem

OpenStudy (amistre64):

The problem with that statement is this: I have no idea the section you are in order to know what techniques were developed :)
