so other side = area/given side = 57/8 = 7.125 ft

now for the 8 ft side of smaller one, corresponding side of bigger is 14
i.e. 1.75 times 8
so for side 7.125 ft of smaller one, the corresponding side of bigger will be
7.125 x 1.75 = 12.45 ft
so area of bigger rect = 14ft * 12.45 ft = 174.3 ft^2
