I have to find \[f \prime(0)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[f'(1), f'(2), f'(3), f'(4) and f'(5)\]

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

f ' = "f prime" = "the derivative" f '( some values of x) = "f prime evaluated at some values of x" = THE SLOPE OF THE TANGENT LINE (at the given value of x). So f ' (0) means "What is the slope of the tangent line of your function when x = 0 ?
