“Five times the difference of eleven and a number is 125.” please help how do i translate this into an equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5(11-x)=125

The difference of two numbers is the distance between them, so we're talking about absolute value. Let x be the number we are looking for. The difference of x and 11 is the same as |11 - x|. This small group of symbols replaces "the difference and a number". "is gets replaced by "=", so all that verbiage boils down to 5|11 - x | = 125.
