Nah, you're better off just using a word processor.

also, if you're looking to get into MIT then I sincerely hope that you can actually spell when you're doing formal writing.

Giving a useful example of an essay would be almost impossible - "essay" is a pretty broad category. Maybe if you posted the type of prompt that you'd be writing on?
