I'm having a hard time in facing the neurologic system, does anyone have a brief summary on the system? its anatomy and physiology, brief and concise health history and the diagnostic exams. thanks ! :)

Answering that would require an entire set of textbooks.  A "brief" one is the ~500 page Neurology for Psychiatrists by Kaufmann
But try starting with the ~30 page Neuroanatomy Made Ridiculously Simple.

Neuroanatomy by Crossman & Neary is brilliant, so is Marieb's section on the CNS, they're what I used for my Neuro this semester :)
