computer science is the study of anything and everything that has to do with computers. the three basic branches are copmputer programing, computer engineering and information technology. computer programming, my specialty, consists of writing programs and creating math based algorithims to solve problems. computer engineering consists of building computers and and working with circuit boards to make computers capable to perform certain tasks. Information Technology handles networking and setting up servers to optomise performance.
