INSTRUCTION: Find Faulty Idioms
1) No new plans were developed in respect to the environment. (i thought it was ok, but "to the environment" sounded strange..)
2)Although Jackie's term paper was neither well written or fully researched, its grade was A+. (i thought i had to stick the word "an" between WAS and A+)

2. Neither...nor go together, so this sentence has 'neither...or' which requires correcting (in my opinion)
