I was never good at these >.< It seems one good question to ask might be "Are you the liar?"  This would help single out the random answer guy. The guy that tells the truth would say no, the guy that lies would say no, but the random guy might say yes.

If you ask "Are you the liar?", Everyone would answer "no",
So, first keep them in a circle, ask them, "If I asked the person to your right/left whether he is a liar, what would his answer be?"
The true person will always answer "no", the liar will always say "yes". And the random person will say either of them, but the person before the random, will not know whether he'll say yes or no, so he won't respond.
