I ate at your fine establishment on July1, 2011 and although I usually have very good experiences, this time was the exception. I ordered my usual kabob which is always so tasty. This time it was undercooked so I asked the waitress to take it back. She then brought it back to me and it was so overcooked that I could not eat it. When I told her about it she said there was nothing she could dowith it but she could bring me something different.

Since I always come to your fine establishment for the same meal I did not wish to eat anything else. I am hopeful you will be able to discuss this with your staff so that I might feel comfortable enough to return and try my favorite meal again at your restaurant or I might just try and find another restaurant which can prepare my food properly each time.

I eagerly look forward to your response as I would dearly miss my favorite kabobs.
