I had seen it and used it once, with friends at college, pretty good for the purpose it was made.

I frequently use it to remotely fix my friend's computes. I have used it to reset a router that is 250 miles from my computer, remove virus's or just have fun with a friend. It is a great and reliable piece of software.

Teamviewer is the best, it lets me VPN with my friends to play LAN games over WAN at our own houses. I can remote into all my PC's at once, and it has FTP and chat.. It just needs a voice chat ability and it would be perfect!

Oh don't forget that you can run it once without installing, it has unique (auto generating passwords for security) and You don't have to forward Ports!! thats a big one. It works behind NAT
