Simplify the expression using the properties of exponents: (4^3a^2b)^-1 ______________ (b^2)^-1

It says the answer can only contain positive exponents???

(4^3a^2b)^-1 (4^-3a^-2b^-1) ______________ =--------------- (b^2)^-1 (b^-2) b =--------- 64a^2 I think this is the way....it is.....sorry if i went wrong
