Find the coordinates of the x-intercept. -x-2y=6

OpenStudy (aroub):

if u want to find the x-intercept u put y=0 and whrn u want to find the y-intercept u put x=0 and in ur question u put y=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

at x intercept y = 0 -x = 6 x = -6 intercept at (-6,0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank yall

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0,-3) You can find this by substituting 0 for x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

- that intercept on y-axis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No it doesn't.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do u mean no it doesn't? (0,-3) is the point of interception on the y-axis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i wish i could draw it for you right now...

OpenStudy (aroub):

eliza u can but jimmyrep is right

OpenStudy (anonymous):
