That is a very general question and impossible to answer fully without more detail.  Though any domestic communication transiever poses no danger to any other 'electrically initiated device' found in or around your home.  Having said that, large motors such as your washing mashine or in your car can cause some interference with a communications device but modern cell phones have an army of circuits to combat this type of noise.
