On website, y'' is shown as y with bold " ' ". Is this another way of writing y prime prime?

The typeface on the website is a bit misleading. I tried zooming in, and even then it still looks like a single prime. From the complementary solution, since it contains sin/cos, it makes sense that the ODE has the form y'' + y.
