what are the properties of exponential integers?

list gives me the equations associated with said properties but does not give me names... Help greatly appreciated!

every integers on the exponent zero equal 1 3*0 =1 , 5*0=1
every integers on the exponent event are numbers positive (-2)*2 =4 ,3*2 =9
when the same integers are multiplied the exponents are assumed (3*2)(3*4)=3*6
when the same integers are divided the exponents are subtracted 3*4 /3*2 = 3*2
when we have one integer on exponent and again on exponent - on double exponent - than the exponents are multiplied (3*2)*4 =3*8
