Do please post these complaints (when you haven't) in the OpenStudy Feedback group ( http://openstudy.com/groups/openstudy+feedback ; yes, I know that won't show up right at the moment hehe); we monitor it closely for complaints, whereas it's a lot harder to find them in all the craziness of the math group :)
