Trains A and B are traveling in the same direction on parallel tracks. Train A is traveling at 40 mph and Train B is traveling at 60 mph. Train A passes a station at 4:15 p.m. and Train B passes thge same station at 4:27 p.m., at what time will train B catch up with train A?

Just in case you cannot see it, here is the question again. Trains A and B are traveling in the same direction on parallel tracks. Train A is traveling at 40 mph and Train B is traveling at 60 mph.
