Lang-8 also helps for writing and reading, and vocabulary. If you use FF or Google Chrome, you should look up "Rikaichan" as it is a handy dictionary add-on that lets you get the definition of Japanese words by hovering over them. For conversing, I think it's best to practice with a native Japanese speaker rather than somebody else learning the language. They know what sounds natural best, and are more up-to-date on vocabulary and cultural trends. Cheers, good luck!
