buying a book would work, a simple hand be down trig book would be cheap. there are also free websites that could teach you too. but the examples from the book would be greatly helpful. this is a simple site for trig that might help. http://www.clarku.edu/~djoyce/trig/

brightstorm.com is a very good website that I recommend. If you have specific lessons you need to learn, find it on there and I can promise it will help. They have videos to demonstrate. It's amazing :)
