OpenStudy (anonymous):

you need to know more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you want dA/dt

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats all it says in my book

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you would need how fast the side lenght is decreasing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

YUP THATS THE ANSWER!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha i agree!

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

Oh i think i get it they are looking for dA/dx not dA/dt A = 6x^2 dA/dx = 12x at x=0.5 dA/dx = 12(.5) = 6
