The ratio of the surface area of two sphere is 3:2. The volume of the larger sphere is 2,916in^3. What is the volume of the smaller sphere?

third question of the same type. did you not understand the method? :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to compare length with volume. length is cm. volume is cm^3. that means length^3 = volume. so while comparing (3/2)^3 gives the ratio of the volumes while 2916 is the actual volume of the larger one. the larger one corresponds to the larger length, right? so (3/2)^3 = 2916/x got it now?
