How do you report a user who is being abusive towards other members?

Is this in the chat or by posts?

if it is on the chat report it here... i think

if it's by posts or questions there is a "Report Abuse" at the bottom of every post.. so click on it and explain the cause

When you hover over a chat message, you should also see a `report abuse' link over on the left.
