Is there a difference between "no slope" and " an undefined slope" of a line? If so, then what is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

having an undefined slope is when the slope is vertical. Essentially the slop is something divided by zero. You can't divide by zero thus the slope is undefined. Having no slope is when the slope is flat. meaning the value of the slope is actually just 0.

now heres another question, is m=0/0 undefined? or does it have no slope? Have fun!

Just looking at this without thinking is its 0. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. Its a zero slope.
