When citing an entire journal in Turabian style, should I give the 10+ authors names, the name of the publishing organization as the author, or not include an author?

I believe that you will need to cite the journal as you would a book, as per the following example:

Laumann, Edward O., John H. Gagnon, Robert T. Michael, and Stuart Michaels. The Social Organization of Sexuality: Sexual Practices in the United States. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1994.
