please any one could give me a good reference to START learning Linux?

Depends on what exactly do you wish to learn about Linux. Well, if you're talking about GNU/Linux (the suite of OS-es), the best way, I reckon, is to practice. That means, install some Linux distro and fiddle with it a tad. You'll *learn* Linux in no time, without even noticing. :-) Curiosity is quite a teacher.

I recommend making yourself a live USB drive with Linux. I particularly like Slax. You can boot it "always fresh" and mess around with it all you like without permanently damaging anything because it starts up the same way every time.

check it youtube , you will find many tutorials... I found one on someone named MyWorkHome , he's got some very nice tutorials on linux.. moreover one of the best way to learn linux is to install it and play around with it..
