for the speed issue . try to use 'download manager' it can help you increasing your download speed

you need to have a speed conection . that depends on the bandwidth of the service you are using. you can't get speed internet without a wide bandwidth

it seems you are using reliance net connect and it has low speed and you can't really figure it out , but you can download IDM(internet download manager) to increase your speed of downloading little bit.
my suggestion for hi speed is to use 3g services

Look, I know that this has been answered before: If you want a speed increase, your only option is to buy a better package. I have a similar connection with you (a wireless cellular dial-up) and I pay approximately 260 rupees (you're from India, right?) per MONTH! That's 780 rupees for 3 months. And for that price, being able to browse the net and download things is good enough. So either you try to find a better signal reception and live with it, or buy a better internet package. Either way, stop whining!

Actually one software engineer came to my home and suggested me to change the direction and i got 75-150 kb/s as surfing speed and 15kb/s as downloading which is enough for me as i am a student of grade 8 . thanks for ur help
