Ina triangle, the second angle is twice the first angle and the third angle is 20 degrees less than the first. Solve all three angles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+2x+(x-20) = 180 solve for x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Make the first angle equal to a variable, say x the second angle is then 2x and the the third angle is x-20

Then add them all together like mkuma36 said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x=50 Angles are 50.100,30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And solve for x. Once you know the value of x, you will know the first angle. You can figure out the other angles based on knowing the first angle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Angles are 30,50,100

Love you all.
