Hi! we know that In C language we say 1's complement or 2's complement , how to convert a number from 1's complement to 2's complement

As far as I know, we simply switch the bits around in 1's complement, but in 2's complement we need to subtract 1 from the negative. I don't know if anyone ever use this nowadays though. Thank goodness for modern languages and their signed/unsigned type :3
