Remove all icons from desktop- place them inside a folder, an customize the folder icon. Install Rocket dock- Add necessary icons in this dock for accessibility.- activate the auto-hide property, position the dock according to your wish(top, bottom, right, or left)- Enable load on start up place the task-bar mentioned any ware(top, bottom, right, or left) as mentioned by above user and lock the task bar. adjust the transparency of the task-bar, as much as you need.
