Lewis Structures? Can't seem to get the correct answer

ClO2 - can't be right because Cl can't have double bonds and it's an ion and there's no brackets SO2 can't be right because it can have double bonds with oxygen CO2 seems correct and NO2 can't be correct b/c it has 17 electrons http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z150/thepouringrain/Untitled.png I already put no no yes no and got that wrong, could someone help?
