Write each expression as a sum or difference of logs. Express powers as factors. log ((u(v^2))/w), u>0, v>0, w>0 I got log u + 2log v -log w Is that right? Why did they give me the >0 things?

those are correct. the >0 is there to denote the domain of a logarithmic curve.

that is correct, and the reason for the >0's is because you cant take the log of a negative number.
