Use the intercepts to graph the equation.... 5x-15=3y I need the points to graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5x - 3y = 15 (0, -5) (3, 0)

I rewrote the equation so that it would be in standard form. Plugged in 0 for x and solved for y. Plugged in 0 for y and solved for x.

i need an ordered pair for the y-intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0, -5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0, -5) - When you see an ordered pair and the x value is 0, then that is your y-intercept. (3, 0) - When you see an ordered pair and the y value is 0, then that is your x-intercept.
