Be specific, you want AMD or Intel?, and in any case, which model of processor exactly? Each motherboard has a different socket which works only with certain processors.

Here's a good Intel motherboard with an LGA 1156. ATX with SATA 6 gb/s and USB 3.0. $130. It's got great reviews. You can spend the remaining 70 dollars on the processor
