How do you simplify this rational expression? Y^2-81x^2/y-9x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here we have to reliazze that the top part is a difference of squares. After factoring it would look like this: (y-9x)(y+9x)/(y-9x). The y-9x terms cancel and you are left with y+9x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you would just simply divide the (y^2-81x^2) by (y-9x) to get y+9x

(y-9x)(y+9x) ----------- y-9x =y+9x
