How do you simplify this radical equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt[3]{-27x ^{3}}y ^{15}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[-3xy^{15}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

depends on whether the \[y^{15}\] is inside the radical nor not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it is inside the radical you get \[-3xy^5\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

btw not to be silly but this is an expression, not an equation (there is no equal sign)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha whoops :P
