Well, you have to figure that the numbers will be small, and there can't really be a crazy decimal, so I just plugged in numbers that would fit, 4 and 7 wouldn't, so I doubled that to 8 and 14.

11x=22
x=2
4x=[Age of Phillip]=8
7x=[Age of Dheeraj]=14
